Real experiences from Malaysian players who have enjoyed the benefits of our VIP programme.
"I've been playing at cly888 for almost a year now and hit Gold tier two months ago. The 8% weekly cashback makes it truly worthwhile — last month I got back over RM800 from cashback alone. Customer service is also quick to respond whenever I need help."
"Recently moved up to Platinum and the personal account manager makes a real difference. He helped arrange my withdrawals, kept me updated on exclusive promotions, and I can reach him directly without waiting in a queue. Withdrawals hit my DuitNow in just a few minutes."
"The cly888 VIP Programme is one of the best I've tried. The 30% poker rakeback at Diamond level really helps protect your bankroll over the long run. The RM1,000 birthday bonus was also a genuinely pleasant surprise. It's absolutely worth staying here for the long haul."
In Malaysia's online gaming industry, almost every platform offers some form of loyalty program. What sets cly888 apart is a genuine commitment to delivering real value to loyal players — not just an empty "VIP" label. The cly888 VIP Rewards Program is built on a simple principle: the more you play and stay with us, the more you get back.
Many Malaysian players have found that VIP programmes on other platforms are either too difficult to reach or simply not worth the effort. At cly888, we believe every active player deserves meaningful recognition — from new Bronze members just starting out to long-standing Diamond members. That is why our points structure is designed to be realistic and achievable for players across all activity levels.
The cly888 VIP points system runs automatically in the background. Every time you spin the slots, take a seat at a Live Casino table, join a poker tournament, or place a Sports Betting wager on the EPL or Liga Super Malaysia, points are credited to your account instantly — no extra steps required. That means you can stay focused on your game without worrying about a complicated system.
Weekly cashback is one of the most popular perks among cly888 VIP members. Unlike standard promotions loaded with complicated conditions, VIP cashback at cly888 is credited directly to your account balance every Monday morning — with no frustrating wagering requirements. That means your cashback is yours to play with or withdraw, whenever you like.
For Platinum and Diamond members, having a personal account manager is a benefit that genuinely transforms the experience. Imagine having a dedicated contact at cly888 who knows your name, understands your game preferences, and is reachable directly via WhatsApp or a priority line to resolve any issue quickly. No more waiting in the general support queue — your concerns are prioritised and handled without delay.
Our rakeback benefit for poker players is among the most competitive in the Malaysian market. Diamond members receive up to 30% rakeback — meaning for every RM100 in rake you pay, RM30 is automatically credited back to your account every week. This represents outstanding value for serious poker players who play consistently week after week.
The birthday bonus at cly888 is no mere formality either. Ranging from RM50 for Bronze members to RM1,000 for Diamond members, the bonus is credited directly to your account on your birthday — no application needed, no extra conditions to meet. It's cly888's way of personally showing appreciation to every member who has placed their trust in our platform.
One thing many players overlook is that cly888 VIP points can accumulate surprisingly fast when you play actively across multiple game categories. A player who splits their time between slots, live casino, and Sports Betting can rack up points two to three times faster than someone who sticks to just one game type. A smart strategy for climbing the VIP tiers is to take advantage of all the game categories available on cly888 to maximise your daily point earnings.
For players new to cly888, the VIP journey begins the moment you make your first deposit. The Bronze tier immediately grants you 2% weekly cashback, while your points continue accumulating toward Silver. Most players who maintain a budget of RM200–RM500 per week can reach Silver within two to three months, and Gold within six months.
Cly888 also ensures VIP members get early access to new promotions, festive bonuses for Hari Raya and Chinese New Year, and exclusive invitations to high-prize poker tournaments not open to regular members. This makes VIP status at cly888 about more than just cashback — it's a richer, more rewarding gaming experience overall.
